TOPO Motorsports - Shipping Policy

At TOPO Motorsports, we take pride in crafting high-quality UTV products built to perform. Our shipping policy ensures you know what to expect when your order is on the way.

1. Processing & Lead Times

In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days
Made-to-order items (e.g., powder-coated or fabricated): Usually ship within 2–4 weeks
Cages and custom builds: May require up to 6 weeks, depending on backlog and production volume

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by demand, material availability, or seasonality. We’ll keep you updated if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods

Smaller items ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
Oversized items (e.g., cages, racks, roofs) ship via freight/LTL carriers on a pallet

⚠️ Freight Shipments:

A person must be present to receive and sign for delivery. If delivering to a residential address, please have help available to unload. For smoother delivery, we recommend using a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.

3. Shipping Rates & Protection

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Oversized or freight-only items may have additional charges.

🚨 Shipping protection is available at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. You may opt out, but we strongly encourage coverage — especially for freight deliveries.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Multiple items may ship separately. If you need help tracking your shipment, contact us at info@topomotorsports.com.

5. Damaged Shipments

Inspect all deliveries before signing. If you notice damage:

Before signing: You may refuse delivery, and we’ll initiate a replacement or claim.
After signing: Document the damage and contact us immediately with photos.

❗ We cannot file damage claims for freight orders that were signed for without noting visible damage.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. For international rates and restrictions, email info@topomotorsports.com before placing your order.

7. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Amarillo, Texas. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility.
